Short daily sessions beat one long night of cramming. Everything below is free on this site.

Day 1: Find your baseline

Take Mock Exam 1 without looking anything up. Note the topics you missed. They are your study list.

Day 2: Road signs

Read the road signs lesson and Chapter 5 of the handbook, then take the Road Signs practice test.

Day 3: Right-of-way

Read the right-of-way lesson and Chapter 4 of the handbook, then take Mock Exam 2.

Day 4: Numbers

Copy the numbers lesson onto one page and test yourself from memory. Then take Mock Exam 3.

Day 5: Your license rules

Read the teen driver lesson until you can list each rule without looking. Then take the Rules of the Road practice test.

Day 6: Mixed practice

Take Mock Exams 4 and 5. For each miss, read the explanation and the handbook chapter it points to.

Day 7: Review

Retake your lowest-scoring exam, then Mock Exams 6 and 7. Get a good night’s sleep before your exam.
